Privacy policy

Last updated 18 August 2026

Adapt Health provides the Adapt Health mobile app and the member services at app.adapthealth.io. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

Information we collect

When you use the app we collect the account details your clinic holds for you (name, email, membership status), workout session logs (sets, reps, load, notes, and how a session felt), booking requests and appointment details, notification preferences, and push tokens for the device you sign in on. Live Activities on iOS store the active session id and a short-lived auth token in an app group so lock-screen controls can update your workout.

How we use it

We use this information to sign you in, deliver your training program, record completed work, send the reminders you enable, and let your clinic confirm bookings. We do not sell personal information. We do not use app data to train third-party AI models.

Who can see it

Your treating clinicians and authorised Adapt staff can see member records needed to deliver care. Processors that host the service (including Supabase and Expo) receive only what is required to run the app. Apple receives Live Activity and push payloads you enable.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account in the app under Profile. That removes app access, push tokens, notification preferences, and workout logs we keep for the app. Required clinical and billing records may be retained as Australian health and tax law requires. After deletion you cannot sign back in with that account.
