These terms cover the Adapt Health mobile app. The app is for Adapt clinic members. Accounts are created by the clinic. There is no in-app purchase.
Using the app
You must keep your login details private and use the app only for your own training and bookings. Do not attempt to access another member’s data. Training content is prescribed by your clinicians. Follow their advice if it differs from what the app shows.
Health
The app logs sessions and bookings. It is not emergency care. Stop and contact your clinic or emergency services if you are injured or unwell.
Account
You can sign out or delete your account in Profile. Deletion ends app access. Clinical and billing records may still be kept where the law requires it.
